We have a ton of laptops at our company, some old, some new. We use a laptop cart to store the older laptops because we need to use every square inch of our space. Our old laptops are not really that old, but we update on a yearly basis and need somewhere to put them. The laptop carts are sturdy and hold a bunch of laptops in a small space. We save these older laptops for a reason.
Some of the laptops are outdated, but we use the parts to replace broken or missing parts on the other laptops. This saves our company a lot of money in the long run and keeps our tech people busy. We also have a program where we give some of the older laptops to poor people who need a computer, but don't have the money to buy one. This is one way we can help our community.
I love working with a company who gives back to the community. This give back program is one of the most important reasons for our laptop storage. Our company uses computers for sixteen hours a day and we buy the best products for the money on the market. It is great to know that people in our community who don't have the money to buy a laptop computer have another way to get a computer. We put them through a class and teach them how to put laptops together. We go through the entire process with them, so they are ready to use the laptop when they take it home with them.
