Looking For A Summer Home In Kansas City

I enjoy looking at houses for sale online. I live in Florida, but I love to look at houses for sale all over the country. It's kind of a strange hobby of mine. I like to see what houses are going for in all parts of the country. I am also looking for a summer house that I can call my own someday. I would love to own a house in another state, so we could go on a road trip every summer as a family.

One day I was checking out some more houses online. I came across Kansas City homes and I just had to check them out. I remember how my sister lived in Kansas City years ago and the stories she told me about the place. It sounds like a really cool place to own a summer home. I checked out the prices and they really weren't too bad. My sister would be interested in knowing about my search. I remember how she really liked Kansas City.

Call me odd if you want to, but this is a hobby of mine. I love cars and I love houses. We own a house in Florida and we also built one in the Philippines. The house in the Philippines is a retirement home and a place for my wife's family to stay right now. A house in Kansas City or another part of this beautiful country would be a great summer home for all of my family.

Playing Online Poker For Free Beats Going To Casinos

I am not a gambler, but I do love to play poker and other types of card games. Sometimes, it is fun to play poker online against other people. That is why I like free online poker. I am the type of person who loves to play the card games, but I do not like to bet my money. I have been to casino's a few times and I do not like losing money. I would rather use my money for better things like taking my family out to dinner.

I am an avid Yahoo fantasy football on Yahoo Sports, but I do not spend money on it. I like to play the game because it makes NFL football more fun for me. This it the same way I look at poker and other card games. They are fun to play, but it is not fun gambling all of my money away. Recently, I decided to play texas holdem poker free online. It is fun playing another variation of poker online for free.

My grandmother taught me to love playing cards. We used to play cards together all the time. It was fun and we we able to spend good valuable time together. We did not have computers back then, so we had to stick to playing with a real deck of cards. If my grandmother was still around, I am sure she would spend some time with me playing online poker for free.

What Does Obama Care Mean To You?

By now, you know the Supreme Court ruled that Obama Care is constitutional because the mandate is a tax. This means Obama Care is still in the picture for 2014. The question is what does it mean to you?

1) Your vote counts. If you vote for the wrong President, Congressman or Senator, they will turn around and stab you in the back. President Obama will now be allowed to charge you a 1 percent penalty if you refuse to accept his government healthcare.

2) This is the largest tax hike in American history. Grab your wallet and expect to pay more for taxes.

3) Insurance premiums will continue to go up. Obama Care was not made to fix the health care in our country, it was passed to give your government more control over you and your wallet.

4) The value of health care will go down. Obama Care or government healthcare will chase some of our best doctors away. You may have to develop a relationship with another doctor in the future.

5) If government healthcare is rationed, the weaker and the eldest people will wind up being last in line. Unless you have a ton of money to buy your own operation somewhere else.

6) The Supreme Court does not have your back. They are a part of our huge government. They ruled against us with abortion and now government healthcare. Who knows what they will do next?

7) The government is not your friend. You better vote the right people in or you will wind up with more government control.

8) Your vote counts more than you could have imagined.

9) Jobs, What Jobs? Obama Care will lose jobs in the long run, not gain jobs

10) Obama Care is not free and it will never be free! You Will Pay For It!!

Looking For A Used Commercial Truck

I have been driving my entire life. I love to drive and I make my living from it. I got the fever when I was sixteen years old. I always wanted to drive everywhere we went because I enjoyed it so much. As I grew up, I wanted to drive a truck on the roads. I finally got a job as a delivery driver in Cincinnati. I was considered the rookie of the year at the place I worked. This gave me the confidence to pick up a more important job as a truck driver.

I always wanted to own my own truck and drive for myself. I am the type who does well because I work hard for what I get. I looked all over for used commercial trucks for sale, hoping to begin my own business. Trucks are expensive, but it is worth the cost if you want to work for yourself. I never found the truck I wanted at the price I hope to pay, but I am still looking.

You have to have the fever to be a delivery driver your entire life. You have to love driving and you have to love trucks. You have to be able to give your all to the job if you want to make a living as a delivery driver. The past few years have been really tough because of the bad economy. Gas prices are high and good delivery jobs are few and far between. This is hard for those of us who love this type of living, but we go on because we have the fever. I can't wait until I find that special used commercial truck that is waiting just for me.

Taking A Ride On That Limo In The Sky

I heard that charter plane service was like driving in a limo in the sky. I love limos because they are comfortable and have all of the amenities. Limos are fun and they can be a good time. I love riding in comfort and I love all of the best things in life. I thought that if a charter plane service was anything like a limo, it was for me.

I am one of those guys who hates to fly on a plane. It is uncomfortable, the ride is often rough and planes make me nervous. There have been a time or two when I actually had anxiety attacks while flying. Part of the reason is the planes themselves. They stuff you into a plane like a sardine in a can, fill it up with other sardines and take off. Who wants to fly in a plane filled to the brim so somebody rich can make more money?

This is why Charter plane service is for me. You get to fly in a comfortable plane with a lot of leg room. You get to choose your amenities. You have a comfortable ride in a plane you know is taken care of because the company wants your business. If you have to fly, you might as well fly in comfort. I can't wait to take a flight on the limo in the sky.

Pure Aloe Vera Skin Treatment Review

Lady Soma sent us Pure Aloe Vera Skin Treatment to review. The skin treatment is organic, holistic and healthy. This products heals the skin from the effects of sun exposure. Living in Florida, this is a great product for my wife's skin. The Lady Soma Pure Aloe Vera Skin Treatment is easy to use and has great results.

Take a dab of the product, rub it in the affected area. You can use this product on your face and your skin. You massage the product into your skin and it deeply moisturizes the skin. My wife says her skin feels better and it looks better too. The products works great and a little dab goes a long way.

Lady Soma products are made in the USA, they also select every raw ingredient that goes into their products and their is no animal testing. They give part of their sales to breast cancer research. I love a company who gives back to the community and cares about the women who buy their products.

This Aloe Vera Skin Treatment should be used for healing the skin from the effects of daily sun exposure. It is the most potent and natural form of aloe vera you can buy in a jar. Deeply moisturizes skin, while the aloe releases enzymes and natural vitamins into your skin. Treatment is recommended for use two to three times per week

Now my wife has a product she can use when she goes out in the tough Florida sun. Most of us do not realize how dangerous the Florida sun is until we move here. This product is important when you live in a hot and sunny place like Florida. My wife loves Lady Soma Products and how they make her skin look younger and beautiful

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

Going Back To School For That Business Degree

I have been wanting to go back to school for years. I have been a stay at home dad for eight years. My wife came from Cebu and did not know how to drive. She is an accountant and got a great job with Mosaic. We decided I would stay home and we would work on her career. We had two children together. I spent the days taking care of our children and changing diapers. I spent my nights delivering pizza and my weekends vending beer.

Now I am a middle-aged man and I want to go back to school and finish my degree. I would love to get my bachelor's degree in business and finish it off with a master in business degree. I love staying home with my children. I have enjoyed all of the special moments every dad should be able to share with his children. I love my job as a vendor, but I am not excited about my job as a pizza deliver man.

Hopefully, I will be back in college in the fall. I have my worries. I wonder if it will be tough studying with a six year old and an eight year old in the house. Who knows for sure, but I am sure I want to finish my degree. We all have goals and one of mine is to finish college.

We Checked Out The Ab Belt Reviews

My wife has had two children and she has that little puff in the middle. She is not used to having to lose a few pounds because she has been in great shape her entire life. She decided she wanted to find an ab belt that would  would do the trick. She wanted her abs to look like they did before she was married and had children. I told her to look at some of the ab belt reviews to see what ab belt would be right for her.

She is now approaching forty years old and wants an ab belt that will do the trick for her. She found a site that interested her and decided she would check out the ab belt report. She was impressed with what she learned and also checked out some exercises she could do to tone the rest of her body. My wife is now on her way to the body she had fifteen years ago.

This is the first time I have seen my wife this serious about exercise. I decided to read the reviews myself and I like what I found out about the product she is using. This is great news for all of the people who want to get their abs into better shape and have had a hard time doing it themselves. I love how technology has advanced and makes things much easier for us than they used to be

How To Feel Good Naturally

Our teenagers are always trying to find a way to party. The problem is they are too often getting into drugs like ecstacy, pot and other substance that are dangerous to their health. Our kids take alcohol, sniff glue and paint to get high. Often, they use illegal substances just to fit in with the rest of their friends. Now the big thing is bath salts. Teenagers are using bath salts to get high and it is killing them. It is a strange world we live in.

Teenagers like to fit in and have a good time. Sadly, they don't even know what most of these drugs are doing to them until it is too late. You can teach your children everything about drugs and alcohol, but it doesn't always work. Kids will be kids and will do what is not healthy for them. This has been an epidemic for many years and has not gotten better.

There are alternatives at places like Herbal City LLC. Teenagers can party with products that make them feel good and do not hurt them. It would be great if our teenagers could have a good time and take care of their bodies. It is amazing how much harm our children do to themselves when they use illegal drugs and substances that destroy their brain cells. We are losing the war on drugs because there is too much money involved and everybody is greedy. It is time to stop losing our children because they want to fit in.

Enrolled Agents Continuing Education

My brother-in-law decided to become an enrolled agent. He took the classes and got a job preparing taxes. What he didn't realize before he took the classes was he would have to continue taking classes every year. This year, he had to go to enrolled agent continuing education classes to meet IRS standards. My brother-in law loves to prepare taxes and he also loves to go to school and learn.

Next month, he has to take an enrolled agent ethics course. This class is important for his work. Ethics are extremely important when it comes to preparing taxes for people and dealing with the IRS. You never want to cheat on taxes or give the customer ideas on how they can cheat on their taxes. If you do, you get the customer and yourself in trouble with the IRS.

He told me the ea ethics course was pretty cool. It was an easy course that was also important. It is nice to know all the training enrolled agents have to go through to prepare for their job. They have to continue their education each year to meet all of the IRS requirements. I couldn't do it, so I am glad their are people like my brother-in-law who love to prepare taxes.

No More Duplicates Means Less Frustration

My friend Doug told me about this marketing system that could give me leads for my business. He told me the system was much more advanced than the other systems on the market. I would spend all of my time selling and less time searching. This system he told me about removed all of the duplicates and took the frustration out of selling my products. I figured I really had to check out this system.

Doug was correct, this system was perfect for my business. I was able to find my leads and not spend all of my time sorting through tons of duplicates. The system was easy to use and took much of the frustration out of selling my product.. I showed the system to a former boss who now uses it for all of his pizza stores. He has over a hundred stores and this system worked perfectly for him.

I have to admit, Doug gets himself into some interesting business ideas. I was really wary about this system he showed me. This time however, Doug finally found a diamond in the rough. I look forward to the future where my frustrations are now limited to my everyday life. This system works perfectly for my business and has been so easy for me to use. Goodbye duplicates, hello more sales.

My Daughter Khloe's Art

A Move To Kansas City

My sister used to live in Kansas City years ago. She moved to upstate NY into a small town and she is getting bored. She looks for houses online nearly everyday. She told me she looks in Florida, Kansas City and other parts of the country. She is amazed how the prices of houses have been going down. If she moved out of New York, she could buy a huge house for the price she paid for a tiny two bedroom. She is tempted, but her husband does not want to leave.

Yesterday, my sister told me how she found a site loaded with Kansas City homes. She believes her husband will be more likely to move to Kansas City than he would to Florida. Kansas City has a winter and Florida is too hot. She believes her husband would not be able to deal with the heat in Florida. Sometimes, she wonders if she will ever get out of New York.

My sister's dream is to buy a house and turn it into a bed and breakfast. My sister loves to cook and entertain. She knows now is the time for her to look because eventually the housing market will begin to pick up again. She would rather get in at the bottom and watch the value of her place slowly rise, than to pay too much for the place. I hope my sister will be able to find a place soon so she can live her dream. Even if it is in Kansas City and not Florida.

Time For New Mailboxes

Some of the people in our neighborhood need to buy new residential mailboxes. We had a storm come through last week that destroyed a half dozen mailboxes and did damage to some of the houses. This is a normal thing in Florida and I am thankful nobody was hurt during the storm. It wasn't a tornado or hurricane, just a strong thunderstorm with strong winds. My neighbor was one of the unlucky people who lost his mailbox. A tree fell and crushed it into a bunch of wooden pieces.

My neighbor decided to buy a cool new mailbox. He paid for it himself because this was the only damage done to his property. The tree was planted by the community, they cut it down and took the wood away. He bought a nice mailbox that fit the community regulations and looked really nice. I was a bit jealous because my mailbox is eight years old and has faded with age. I am thinking about buying a new mailbox in the future, but I am not ready yet.

My neighbor walked over to my house when he saw me look at his mailbox. He noticed that my address plaque was destroyed in the storm. I was lucky, the wind took hold of the address plaque and tore it from my house. There was no other damage. My neighbor told me the company that sold him his mailbox had a fantastic variety of address plaques. I took a look at them and have one coming in the mail soon. I peak out my window every day and watch for that box that will hold my new address plaque.

Contemplating A CDL Job

The economy is still horrible here in Florida. The BP spill got us, the housing implosion got us and we are still treading water. With the increased gas and food prices, it is hard to make a living in Florida. I work in the service industry and my wages have been cut in half. It is really beginning to bother me having to live paycheck to paycheck. I used to be able to save a few bucks, but not anymore.

The other day I looked in the paper and I saw a bunch of CDL Jobs. The one company would even send you to school for free if you agreed to work for them. I have been contemplating a change for the past few years and this is really tempting. I know truck drivers still make a lot of money because I have friends who are in the business.

The perfect scenario for me would be a daily route from one city to another. I used to have a route like this when I lived in Indiana. I would load up my truck in Cincinnati and drive to Louisville. I would spend the rest of the day dropping off deliveries in Louisville and I would make it home for dinner every night. I think I might answer one of these ads and see what they have to offer me.

Using An Unmetered Dedicated Server For Our Business

Our business needed a dedicated server for security reasons. We also wanted to have control over what our employees did on their computers. We didn't want them to waste any more time during work hours on personal matters. We talked with a reliable internet company that had the best deal in the business. They told us they had Unmetered Dedicated Servers that would save us money on our business expenses.

An Unmetered dedicated server is a server that is not limited to a finite amount of bandwidth like a typical server solution. An unmetered dedicated server is  limited only by the size of the network port. More importantly to our business, this means we will save money and get what we want in a dedicated server.

The company set up the dedicated server and we were up and going in no time. Now our company runs the way we want it, our security is up to date and our employees do not use their work time for their personal business. This is the best decision we have made for our business in a long time and we are happy everything runs smoothly. Here's to more success with our new dedicated server.
