Forget about what you are doing and think about them
Remember they look up to you
What were you like at that age
Borrow some of their energy-my daughter smiles when I ask for some of her energy
Close your eyes and count to ten
Smile-Turn that frown upside down
Tickle Them
Watch a kid's movie with them
Play fight with them
Be a father or a mother
Take them somewhere they believe is fun like a park
Tell them you love them
