The first time I dealt with Anxiety was when my best friend was dying from cancer. I prayed for my friend, but I had no control over the cancer. He finally died, after years of suffering. The next time I dealt with anxiety was on a long flight to the Philippines. I woke up in the middle of flight, thinking the plane was going to crash. My mood has been up and down for awhile.
