Review of GNU foods Blondies Bars

I recieved an assortment of GNU foods fiber bars on Monday February 18th.I was looking forward to trying them and after dinner they were my dessert.Some fiber bars are very hard and tasteless but not these!The Gnu fiber bars are made from all natural ingredients such as whole rolled oats,fruits and supplys your body with almost 50% of the fiber  needed to maintain natural digestive health.My family was happy to find a way to get more fiber into our diet that actually tasted great.

What I am learning from eating healthy food is not everything tastes good to me, some people love healthy products, others think they taste horrible. I still believe fruits and veggies are the best healthy foods you can put into your system....
