Grandma Coffie's Corn Chowder-An Old Fashioned Recipe

 This is an old recipe from my grandmother Coffie, she was an incredibly good cook. These recipes were written down on paper, so you can change a few things to make it your own


 4-5 diced potatoes

 1/2 to 1 lb of diced bacon

 1 diced onion

 2 cans or more of corn

 if you want to use whole kernel corn[white is the best

cream of mushroom soup

 3 sliced hard boil eggs

 2 teaspoons of flour salt and pepper to taste


2 cup of milk 

 sprinlkle salt and pepper on top optional cook potatoes or 

use left overs 

cook diced bacon with diced onions until brown, add milk to 

consistency of mushroom soup add corn and potatoes sliced 

 boiled egg on top sprinkle peperike on top to make it 

pretty optional i will look up some more but this is real good
