I have challenged myself. I am a few pounds overweight, but I would like to lose twenty. I work out all the time, but I also love to eat. After all these years, I weigh 210 and I want to weight 190 pounds. If you saw me, you wouldn't consider me overweight, but I am not in the best shape of my life.
