Finish Your Degree and Succeed

I quit college when I was twenty-five years old because of financial reasons. Over the years, I have taken a class here and there to try to finish my degree. It becomes harder to finish college when you have to work full time and you have a family to take care of. Over the years, I have changed my idea about what kind of a degree I wanted. I went from being a youth minister to realizing I might be a better fit in the business world. This is why I decided to finish my business degree and go on and get my Masters in Business. There are some great schools out there that deal in business degrees. This is great news for a person like me that has a huge interest in business.

If you are like me, you want to finish your degree in business and make more money in your job. You may also want to go into business for yourself, but you want to get your Masters in Business to prove to yourself you are a success. I am learning it is time for me to go back and complete all of my degrees in college. I am not getting any younger and I still have many plans to accomplish in this life. My wife is a success in her career and now it is finally my turn.

Today, I tell the young kids not to make the same mistakes I made. If you quit college when you are twenty-five years old, it is very hard to jump back into school. They don't seem to listen to me because they have their own lives and their own ideas about success. To me, success is when you reach all of those goals you have set for yourself. This includes finishing college and giving one hundred and ten percent to your career.
