Blendtec Recipe-PB&J SMOOTHIE

Do you love peanut butter and jam sandwiches? Do you love smoothies? If so, you may think this combo is the best thing to happen to the traditional PB&J.

INGREDIENTS

FourSide Jar

1 calmond milk
1/2banana , frozen
1 tbsppeanut butter
1 tbspstrawberry preserves
3strawberries

INSTRUCTIONS

Add all ingredients to FourSide jar in order listed and secure lid. Select “Smoothie.” 

VARIATIONS

For more peanut butter flavor, increase the amount of peanut butter to 1½ tablespoons.
For a raspberry twist, substitute the strawberry preserves for raspberry preserves and the 3 strawberries for ⅓ cup of fresh raspberries.
