cup of strawberries
tablespoon of peanut butter
cup of milk
ice cubes
two large bananas
your favorite yogurt
mix all of this in your Blendtec or smoothie machine. I mix up the strawberries, milk, bananas and peanut butter first. Then I add the yogurt and ice-cubes. The ice-cubes make the smoothie thicker. This is a delicious and nutritious smoothie
