Fred Rogers was a famous American children's television actor who played in 'Mister Rogers Neighborhood' "Won't You Be my Neighbor". Fred Rogers received a Presidential Medal of Freedom for his work with children, Mister Rogers Neighborhood played on PBS, Fred Rogers created the show, he acted in it and he was the theme music composer, he died on this day in 2003
