So everybody knows, this is how my reviews work. I received this product for free, the review is my own. I don't like dentists. They always remind me of pain and suffering. I tried one whitening product before with no luck at all. What I like about this product is it is easy to use and it actually works. After one try, I noticed a difference with my teeth. I mean, I have never had my teeth whitened before,so it was nice to see some of the discoloration disappear after one use. There are some things I like about this product and other things I either dislike or have to get used to. 

After one use- I do notice some whitening of my teeth. Now it isn't complete, but it is a start. I would guess it will take me 5 to 7 times to really whiten my teeth to where I want them. The things I did not like. My tongue touched the stuff and it tasted like a peppery mint. I also did not like holding the plastic in my mouth for a certain period of time. This may sound picky, but it actually hurts my jaw and makes me feel like i'm at the dentist. I will continue to use this because I did see enough results to make the annoyance worth it. I'm giving this four stars because it does enough to make it worth using.
