I had major surgery last year. Actually two major surgeries, they cut cancer out of my kidney. I was out of work for a few months and I got a bit out of shape. I bought a bike and walked every day. I HAD A CHANCE TO REVIEW THIS JUMP ROPE. I USED TO JUMP ROPE ALL THE TIME AND I LOVE HOW IT KEPT ME IN SHAPE. The problem is some jump ropes really suck. I tried this jump rope and it works great for me. My eight year old daughter loves to jump rope too and she can actually use this jump rope too. It's going to take me some time, but eventually I will get back into the shape I want to be in. I am an in the stands beer vendor and the more I exercise, the better I do on the job. Make sure you check with your doctor before you really get into jumping rope because it really gets your heart going. I received this jump rope for my honest review.
