I received this product in exchange for my honest review. I have a bike, but I am not an expert at taking care of my bike. My friend (who rides with me) keeps everything working well. I gave him this 10 in 1 bike wrench. He loves it because it works great and fits in his pocket while we ride. He had another bike wrench, but this one does more than the ordinary bike wrench he bought at WalMart. He has used it a couple of times to tighten up things and has it with him, in case anything goes wrong with either of our bikes. This is a great bike wrench to carry with you on the road.
