Condor Trek Kids Book Review
A few months ago, I was able to review Storyland Yoga with my kids. I believe kids do not get enough exercise in today's world. There are two many things they can do like watch television and play games on the internet or with their game system. I try to get my children more involved with exercise and other things that keep them in better shape.
I was sent a book called Condor Trek Kids that is based on the award winning Storyland Yoga. It tells a tale of baby condor eggs that need to be brought back to the mountain to be with their mama. The kids are encouraged to act out different animal poses and moves to help return the eggs to their home. But it's more too it than that. The book introduces children to yoga in a very fun way. Yoga is good for the body, but will also help them with their concentration and focus.
My kids love the book and the Yoga. I enjoy watching them try to do the yoga, getting involved myself because it is great family fun. I love the idea of the kids making shapes of the eggs and animals with their bodies, while doing yoga. It's great fun and good for them. This was a blast, we will continue to enjoy it and await the next step in these education products from Playful Planet. If you want a fun Christmas present for your children, check this one out.
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
