This green smoothie is jam-packed with fruits and vegetables. One serving provides half of the RDA for vitamin C, a third of the RDA for vitamin A, and 100% of RDA for vitamin K. Though this recipe is packed full of nutrients, it’s low in calories.
INGREDIENTS

2 tbsp | honey |
1 | banana |
1 | orange, peeled and halved |
1/2 c | fresh raspberries |
5 | fresh strawberries |
3 c | spinach |
2 c | ice cubes |
INSTRUCTIONS
