Filipino Food-Lumpia Shanghai

My wife has two sister's who also live in this country. One is twenty miles from us in Florida, the other lives 520 miles from us in Georgia. All three Filipino ladies cook Lumpia Shanghai differently. My wife cooks it with pork and shrimp, one sister makes them very tiny and the third sister adds more vegetables to the mix.
This one is from the lady in Georgia who uses more vegetables.
They all taste good when you dip in sweet and spicy sauce
