Homemade Family Lasagna Recipe

I love lasagna and this simple recipe may help you to like it a little better too. Check out the ingredients.

pound of ground beef
pound and a half of mozzarella cheese
16 ounces of cottage cheese
lasagna noodles
2 jars of your favorite sauce
2 eggs
lasagna pan

Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees

Take the ground beef and cook it. Take half pound of mozzarella cheese, cottage cheese, sauce, eggs and mix them in a large bowl. Drain the beef and put it into the mix. Take the lasagna noodles and place them in the pan. Put some mix on the noodles. Make another layer of noodles, put mix on top of the noodles, throw some cheese on the noodles. Place the last layer of lasagna noodles, last of the mix. last of the cheese. Place the pepperoni on the top. Place the lasagna in the oven, cook it for 45 minutes to 1 hours. This depends on your oven. Check the lasagna after a half hour and each fifteen minutes afterwards. Take the lasagna out of the oven, let cool for thirty minutes. You can eat some if you can stand the heat and/or don't mind your lasagna sloppy. Your lasagna will set and will be ready to eat. Enjoy!
