I received this item free in exchange for an honest review. I like this spiral slicer because my entire family is trying to eat better. My children are not overly excited about vegetables. When we use this spiral slicer together, my children are more interested and will actually try more of the veggies than usual. My little girl loves and just the plain fun we have with this spiral slicer. We tried cucumbers, zuchini and some other veggies. I don't know if my kids like vegetables more, but they are more interested in at least trying them. I recommend this item as a family fun tool, to have more fun and get more interested in vegetables.
