vanilla protein powder
1⁄2 tsp
orange extract

21⁄2 cups
ice cubes
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add half-and-half, cabbage, orange, and carrots to jar and secure lid. Blend on a medium speed (speed 4) for 15–20 seconds.
- Add remaining ingredients to jar and secure lid.
- Press the Ice Cream button. (If your blender doesn't feature an Ice Cream/Frozen Yogurt button, blend on a Low speed for 15 seconds, then blend on a Medium to Medium-High speed for 30 seconds.)
