We received this product free, in exchange for an honest review.  My wife is not a huge workout person, but has had too because of high blood pressure. She walks now and uses this waist trimmer when she walks. She says it is comfortable and seems to do some extra trimming on her waist. It's not a cure all, but if you actually exercise and watch your diet, she tells me it works.  She likes that the trimmer is thin and she can hardly feel it when wearing it. This makes it worth a lot when you are trying to work out.
