Heat Exhaustion Symptoms

It is very hot in Florida right now. We are getting temps from 93-98 and the index has reached and surpassed 105 degrees. I did three concerts in the heat this past weekend and I believe I got a touch of the heat exhaustion. Be careful in very hot/humid conditions because your body can dehydrate no matter how much liquid you put into it. Below are signs and symptoms of heat exhaustion.

The most common signs and symptoms of heat exhaustion include:
  • Confusion.
  • Dark-colored urine (a sign of dehydration)
  • Dizziness.
  • Fainting.
  • Fatigue.
  • Headache.
  • Muscle or abdominal cramps.
  • Nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea.
