I love crab legs. However, the I have a few problems with the crab legs at Asian Fusion in Apollo Beach. They take them frozen and set them out. One time, I grabbed a bunch and they were frozen solid. Tonight, they were thawed out, but they were wetter than you ever want crab legs to be. I believe Asian Fusion does this to make sure people don't eat too many. I know, this puts a halt to me eating too many crab legs. I was never a fan of Chinese Buffets. I went for the crab legs and now they even took this away from me.
