Brownie Protein Bar From BlendTec

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 200°F.
Add almonds, pecans and ¼ water to jar adn secure lid. Select Speed 1 for 20 seconds, then press "Pulse" or "X" to stop. Add remaining ingredients to jar in order listed adn secure lid. Select Speed 1 for 30 seconds, then press "Pulse" or "X" to stop. 
Oil (or spray with non-stick spray) a 9-x-9 inch pan and press mixture in to the bottom of the pan. Bake for 50 minutes. Cool completely and cut into eight 2-x-4 inch pieces. Wrap in plasitc wrap and use within 3 days or freeze for up to one month.
