1941 - Pete Rose, American baseball player who played for the Cincinnati Reds Big Red Machine, he has the most hits in MLB history, was kicked out of baseball as a manager of the Cincinnati Reds for betting on baseball, should be put in the HOF as a player, but is still banned. Pete Rose is the all-time leader in hits with 4256 and won three World Series Championships, two with the Big Red Machine
