I have been using this probiotic for the past couple of weeks. I have stomach problems and it has helped me a lot. I notice the difference when I forget to take it. I also like that it is all natural and better than what you can buy in the store. I take it in the morning and it helps me. I take Protonix for acid reflux and also take Metamucil each day. I am not an expert or doctor, but this product helps me. My immune system is much better and I feel healthier. I am learning when I am good to my body, my body in turn, is good to me.
