I love the ocean, this is
part of the reason I live in Florida. I love to go to the beach with my family
and we all enjoy walking across the beach. My children love to go into the
water and splash around. They could spend all day playing in and around the ocean.
One day, I cut my foot on a sharp rock and the salt water really made my foot
hurt. It took me two weeks to recover from the injury and my foot was painful
to walk on. I decided I needed to find me a good pair of reef
mens sandals.
It took me awhile, but I
finally found some men’s reef shoes online
that would do the job. I also decided to get my children some reef shoes
because I don’t want them to go through what I went through with my injury. We
didn’t worry about my wife because she spends most of her time on the beach.
Now my kids and I can search for shells in the ocean without worrying about
hurting our feet.
I’m probably like you. I never
heard about reef shoes until I hurt myself. I am not originally from Florida,
so I did not even think about it. I remember my first trip to the beach. I
forgot to put sun protection on and my entire body looked like a lobster after
the day was over. It’s funny how much I love the ocean because it has bitten me
more ways than one.
Remember a few things when you
visit the great state of Florida. Make sure you buy really good UV protection
and make sure you buy a pair of reef shoes for the entire family. If you are
going to spend a lot of time on our beaches, enjoy yourselves and play it safe.
Don’t make the same mistakes I have made in the past.
Now I am an expert. I play it
safe and the entire family has a blast at the beach. Every time we visit the
beach, I see people with horrible sunburns and others who have hurt themselves
on rocks. Make sure you buy comfortable reef shoes and the best UV protection.
Our sun in Florida is much brighter than you are used too. Most of all, have
fun on our beautiful beaches.
