Alday Donalson's Customer Service is Still Alive

We all know the real estate business has been horrible in the Tampa area over the past few years. The prices of houses has dropped considerably, many people find themselves upside down or have lost their homes in the bad economy. Over these same years, we have heard about Fanny May and other companies that have lent their expertise to the destruction of our economy. Thankfully, there are still some good real estate companies in our area that have built their name over the years.

Alday Donalson  is no longer in business, but was a mainstay in the Tampa area for thirty-five years. Alday Donalson had six offices in the greater Tampa area and was a common name in the real estate business. Alday Donalson was taken over by a larger company called Universal Land Title. Now they will be able to serve all of their customers throughout Florida.

Universal Land Title has been able to modernize Alday Donalson since it took over the smaller real estate company. Universal Land Title has gained licences in over thirty states and is ready to serve its customers. Alday Donalson was merged into this larger company because they provide excellent customer service to their customer. They will continue to use this customer service to serve their customers under a new name, but with the same purpose.

Planning My Trip From Orlando To New York

I decided to take a trip to New York and it was much cheaper from Orlando than it was from Tampa. I only live eighty miles from the Orlando airport and it was worth the three hundred dollars I would save to go there to begin my trip to New York. I had no idea about the parking situation in the Orlando airport, so I decided to make a search for orlando airport parking on the internet. I am glad I made the search because I will save even more on my trip thanks to the reasonable parking rates I found.

Flying from Tampa is more expensive and the parking rates are outrageous. The rates I found for orlando airport parking really made my day. When I return to Tampa in two weeks, I will have saved over four hundred dollars on my vacation. This is why it is important to make a search online before you go on vacation. Some airports are cheaper to fly to certain parts of the country. Other airports have cheaper parking rates. This time I saved money on both the parking and the flight.

Tampa has a great airport, but the parking rates are too much. I like to check out the surround airports when I fly to see if I can save some money. This time I hit the jackpot because I decided to fly from Orlando instead of Tampa. I am excited about my trip to New York now because I have an extra four hundred dollars to spend.

Tampa is The Most Stressful City in America

I live in the Tampa area. Today I read on Yahoo that Tampa is the most stressful city in America. This makes me think, maybe there is no hope for us. In November we were rated the saddest city in America. Is Yahoo trying to tell us something. They tell us we have the highest rate of suicide and marriages don't work in Tampa.

I'm not really in the mood to buy a gun and shoot myself or divorce my wife. I love my children and we love the warm weather here in Tampa. I know Yahoo has to report the news, but give us a break. We have nice weather, we have beaches and a bunch of cool things to do in our area. We are loaded with amusement parks.

Thank you Yahoo for making me both depressed and sad with your timely reports. Yes the Bucs ended the season with a 4-12, losing eight straight. Yes, the unemployment rate in this area sucks, but we are not all unhappy. There is not something in the water that makes people want to kill themselves and divorce their wives and husbands. We just happen to be the lucky people who are on the bottom of your statistics.

I think I figured it out. We are the most depressing and saddest city in America because all of those people from New York and Boston keep moving here and bringing their grumpiness with them. I see them at the Rays games and they are always so angry. Don't get too happy Detroit, your place is not so happy either.

The Most Depressing Cities

1)Tampa/St. Petersburg-Thanks for that oil spill BP, we appreciate it

2) Las Vegas-this is what happens when you keep losing money

3) Miami-half the people living there aren't even American

4) Jacksonville-Tebow leaves Jacksonville and the whole city falls apart, somebody from the Middle-East buys the Jaguars and tells the fans they are not real fans unless they buy season tickets

5) Detroit-This place has been depressing for years, this is what happens when you cannot figure out how to beat Ohio State

The Freeze Hits Tampa Florida

The freeze hit Tampa Florida last night. Our temperatures fell below 30 degrees which is very cold for this part of the country. To make matters worse, our heat went out. Good thing cold weather does not stay long in the South.

I'm sitting here on the couch with a blanket on my lap. My children are in their warm school and my wife is at her warm work. I hate the cold, but I can deal for a little while. Tonight will be ten degrees warmer and tomorrow will warm up into the upper 60's.

Hope the rest of you are keeping warm. The freeze hit us last night, but we will thaw out soon. It is hard to believe just a week ago we had temps in the 80's....

Living Life At Florida Country Clubs

I remember when I  arrived in Tampa nine years ago, my first job was at a Florida country club. I was a valet for all of the members of one of the best country clubs in the Tampa area. I learned the ins and outs of the place very fast, drove luxurious cars and made friends with the clientele.  

My job was cool because I was paid to work in a Florida country club with beautiful trees and a great golf course. The scenery was incredible, the place was kept in tip top shape and the people were the nicest people you ever met in your life.

The country club had a golf club, but that was just a small part of the country club itself. The country club was where all the members would go to eat luxurious dinners, play cards and give away their sons and daughters in fancy weddings. The country club would hold golf tournaments every year for its members and once in awhile a professional golfer would stop by and join in on the fun.

Florida Country Clubs are the places to go to meet new people and have a good time together. The people you meet become lifelong friends, business acquaintances and your competition on the golf course. The houses surrounding the golf course and the country club may be large and luxurious, but the people in them are just good down home American people. The people you meet at Florida Country Clubs are the type of people you are happy to call your friends.
