I received this product, in exchange for an honest review. I tried this natural sleep aid because I have trouble sleeping. I like that this is all natural and it really worked. I was able to sleep through the night. The only thing that bothered me was waking up and my system was dried out. So if you use this, make sure you drink plenty of water. This works great. I slept like a baby.
