I received this product in exchange for an honest review. I like these vitamins because they have the energy vitamins and the immune vitamins, along with the other vitamins to keep us men healthy. I appreciate that they are natural and don't have additives that do more harm than good. They are easy to swallow and do give this fifty year old guy that burst of energy that I need to make it through another day. I am very active, I walk, jump rope, practice boxing, bike riding am a stay at home father, with two jobs. I always need that of energy and I get it from this product.
