We received this product in exchange for an honest review. My neighbor needs to lose forty to fifty pounds. She wanted to try this product and has lost a couple of pounds in about four days. She says the product does help her have a bit more energy and makes her less hungry. Her problem has always been snacking and this combination has actually helped. Next week, she will be adding some exercise (walking) to see if this speeds up her weight loss. My neighbor is a really good person, so hopefully this product keeps working for her.
