This product delivers on all counts--mixes well with water, tastes great, delivers a noticeable boost quickly and it's very economically priced. What's not to like?

Really liked this product. Typical pwo's give me unpleasant side effects. This is not as intense as it relies on good old fashioned caffeine. Also contains beta alanine and arginine which I like and of course bcaa's. I drink 4 scoops pwo, sometimes 1 or 2 scoops throughout the day.

I tried this as a sample pack for sipping on during my workout. I mixed it up with some water in a bottle. I noticed that it gave me a nice clean extra energy boost during my workout. There was no crash after-wards or headaches.
The ingredient profile is pretty good except for the Arginine which is useless.
The Grape flavor is very good and enjoyable to drink. It's not the best flavor i've tried but certainly one of the better ones!

Consume one or more servings first thing in the morning and/or between meals. FOR PRE-WORKOUT ENERGY: Take 1-3 servings 20-30 minutes before training. FOR POST-WORKOUT RECOVERY: Take 1-2 servings immediately after training.

There was a warning on this product not to take after 5 PM. I believe it is because this energy product lasts a long time and can keep you awake until it wears off. If you need energy for your workout or job, check out Amino Energy. It will work for you.
