I received this product in exchange for an honest review.  To be honest, my natural zest is coffee. Could be because my last name is Coffie, which makes me Mr. Coffee. Well I tried this natural zest Ultimate Magnesium because of all the benefits you can receive. I am often tired through the entire day. Part of it could be that I reached my fifties and part of it could be my crazy schedule. Yes, I take the vitamin B complex which works, but it also wears off. I also deal with muscle pains and all of those other things you deal with when old age begins to creep up on you. A year ago Thanksgiving, I had two major surgeries. One because there was cancer on my kidney and the other because the kidney began to try to bleed out. 

I have been trying the Ultimate Magnesium for a few days and I already feel more energy. I work out a bunch and (trust me) I need all the energy I can get. I will continue to take this product to see how well it deals with all the muscle pains I have some of the time. I read other reviews and the people say it really helps. My sister and brother deal with the same problems, so this could be a reasonable product to help them get rid of the pain. It is even worse for them, since they live in the cold in Upstate NY.
