I received this product in exchange for an honest review. My wife loves to make chicken curry. She is also interested in making a meal I love at Thai restaurant, I love how large this package is and that it is organic. My wife was just about ready to by more curry at the Chinese store, much less product and still expensive. I like curry, but I don't love very hot curry. This one is perfect for me. It has a bit of spice, but not too much. This curry tastes great and fits perfectly into my wife's recipes. This one pound jar will last us for quite a long time. I love the products we receive from Jiva. They are high quality and taste great. The prices are excellent, considering they are organic.
