It does works just fine, takes a little bit of getting used to. For the people who think this is a miracle worker. This is actually what a sinus rinse does. This clears out your sinus. It does not get rid of sinus infections. This is a preventive maintenance product that is made to keep your sinus clear and help you fight against sinus infections. Yes, it clears our the mucus, but it does not take away the infection or cold. You need to take antibiotics to get rid of infections.
