How to Bypass a Water Softener and Get Water Pressure Back in Your House

This is the simple way to bypass your Culligan Water Softener and get water pressure back in your house. There are two nobs at the top of your system. You tap the blue one in on the left side and this has your Culligan water softener working through your water system of your house. The nob says push for soft water. Tap it lightly with a hammer and your Culligan Water Softener will give you soft water.

If you want to bypass your Culligan water softener, tap the red nob on the other side with a hammer. This side will say bypass water. Once this red nob has been tapped, your Culligan water softener is bypassed and your water softener is disconnected from the water that leads into your house.
