I received this in exchange for an honest review. I take a bunch of supplements that are made to help me. I am 51 and I workout as much as possible. I am in decent shape, but my energy level is low and my body hurts when I workout. I tried this and have not found any difference in my workout good or bad. I'm guessing it takes more time than I have used them or they don't work for everybody. I do like that they have no additives. I don't like the fact that you can have side effects if you use them for a long period of time. It makes you wonder what this is actually doing to your body. If you use this item, use it because it works for you. If it doesn't work, stop taking it. Listen to the company, stop taking it if you have any side effects. I believe this product works for some people because I have read many reviews. I'm just not one of those lucky people.
