I used to do P90X all the time. I had trouble slipping (some times) when I did the yoga. I never did yoga before this, so I wasn't used to it. After some health problems and operations, I am finally ready to jump into the full workout again. I wanted a yoga mat towel. I needed a yoga mat towel. I got the chance to try this Shandali Stickyfiber Hot Yoga Towel for free. I love it. It took a little to get used to because it is thinner than I thought it would be. But it is a towel mat that you can wash. This is important to me because I sweat like a pig. The mat works great, doing the job I needed it to do. It is soft and I like it. I decided to put it on top of another regular yoga mat. This way I get double protection for my body and I protect the other mat from my sweat. It works good this way. We all have our own way to do things, and this works best for me. I think this is so because I have hardwood floors and I need that extra cushioning for my body. If I had carpet, I would only use this stickyfiber yoga towel alone.
