I have been trying to keep in shape my entire life. When I was a young man, it was easier. I could eat what I wanted to eat and never gain a pound. Turn the page to the middle-aged man I became. Everything I eat as a middle-aged man finds its way to my belly. I have to exercise a couple of hours a day just to keep in shape. When I don't get enough exercise, my stomach gets bloated. Boundless Nutrition Perfect Fit Cookies and Protein Bars Review and Giveaway 3/10

Boundless Nutrition sent me seven or eight of their perfect fit cookies and their Oatmega 3 protein bars to try out. When I saw they had green tea in the protein bars, I was nervous about the taste. The protein bars and the perfect fit cookies are delicious and nutritious. This is incredible to me. The cookies have 150 calories, 10 grams of protein, 4 grams of protein and 3 cups of green tea. The protein bars have any where between 10 and 14 grams of protein, 2 cups of green tea, DHA and EPA Omega-3 and are low in calories. I can't believe these bars and cookies taste as delicious as they do. This is incredible to me.

I won the Zone Diet and What I Think of It

I won the Zone Diet on another blog. I am not overweight, so I don't need to lose weight. I am a 47 year old father of three who exercises nearly every day. I have never tried a diet, but I always watch what I eat to try to stay healthy.

The Zone Diet came in the mail and I was surprised with the contents. There was a bunch of bread, snacks, supplements, granola, pizza crusts and pastas. I looked the food over and tried some of it. I noticed the breads tasted heavier than other breads, so I checked out what was in the stuff. The people who made the Zone Diet put a bunch of protein in the bread to mix it with the carbs. Everything is loaded with protein.

I did not and will not stick to this diet. However, I have used some of the products in my diet and the Zone Diet food really fills you up. The best thing about this diet is the food is better for you than what you can buy at the supermarket. I believe if people really stuck to this diet, they would eat healthy and lose some weight.
