I am using this Lavender essential oil for my hands. I seem to get a ton of pain in my hands after too much video games, computer use, driving or working. I use a few drops and rub this oil into my hands. It has a soothing effect and helps relieve the pain. The smell is also great and it does not make me sneeze. I am looking forward to trying this for headaches and against the buggers that love to bite me when I am sitting on my back porch trying to relax. I am a lover of peppermint. I still remember eating peppermint leaves as a little boy. I love the smell. Peppermint is one of my favorite scents. I noticed in the past how the scent was relaxing, but I did not know how great it would be in essential oils. You just have to use a couple of drops and you can fill your house with the wonderful aroma of peppermint. I noticed another review that says you can use a couple of drops in water and a few drops of dish washing liquid to rid your home from spiders. I tried it because there are spiders all over the place in Florida. It works. When I see another giant roach I am going to try and see if this stuff will get rid of them too. If it does, I will kill the buggers and leave a nice aroma of peppermint. I look forward to trying this one. All these products are fantastic and work great.
