Elite Omega 3 Review

  • So everybody knows, this is how my reviews work. I will copy information about the product from Amazon, so you get the information from the companies own mouth about the product I will add a picture, then I will give you an opinion about the product in my own words. I think it is important to have the information from the company and an unbiased opinion, so you know the most about each particular product.

MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF OMEGA 3 RECOMMENDED FOR A SUPPLEMENT BY FDA GUIDELINES
• Elite Omega 3 is pure Norwegian fish oil, sourced from cold-water fish: anchovy, sardine and mackerel.
• Omega 3 supplementation is one of the few food-based health claims approved by the FDA for the prevention of Coronary Heart Disease.
• Fatty fish like salmon, mackerel, herring, anchovies, sardines and albacore tuna are high in two kinds of omega-3 fatty acids: Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).
• EPA and DHA have been shown to support the reduction of coronary heart disease.
• The American Heart Association recommends that Americans get the bulk of their DHA and EPA from fatty fish sources and supplements.
• The American Heart Association also says this about Omega 3 fatty acids, "Supplements also could help people with high triglycerides."
MORE IS NOT NECESSARILY BETTER!
• Elite Omega 3 has been carefully formulated to provide the optimal balance between EPA and DHA, without exceeding the federal recommended limits.
• Elite Omega 3 exceeds the amounts of EPA and DHA found in many "generic" formulas by providing 800 mg EPA and 400 mg DHA.
• Supportive but not conclusive research shows that consumption of EPA and DHA omega-3 fatty acids may reduce the risk of coronary heart disease.
• One serving of Elite Omega 3 provides 2 grams of EPA and DHA omega-3 fatty acids.
• It's suggested that Omega-3 fatty acids help promote brain health and support reduction of inflammation in the body.
• Elite Omega 3 contains no detected heavy metals.
Mom has high blood pressure and a job that gives her stress. The kids and I were happy to receive this product for free and review it. The kids did the YouTube video. Khloe was the star and Kyle was the cameraman. It is interesting how far advanced my kids are (then me) when it comes to electronics. Okay, so this Omega 3 has the maximum amount of Omega 3, has no heavy medals, absorbs fast and does the body good. Most importantly to me is no bad smell or taste. Who really wants to smell fish odor and burp up a fish taste all day? My wife and I are both working on our health. She has high blood pressure and my numbers are border line. If you are like us (with cute young kids) you want to stay around as long as possible so you can enjoy your kids and future grand children. This is a great advanced supplement that will help your heart and brain health, without the side effects none of us want or need.
