Okay, we all are watching our weight. I am an exercise nut, but I had two major surgeries last year that slowed me down. I walk every day and am just beginning a new exercise program. This scale is great because you can track your progress. No more guessing games. You know what you weigh, what you want to lose and this scale keeps track for all the information for you. You can watch all the details on your own cell phone. You don't have to use a cell phone, but you can. It makes it easier to see your progress. My wife is using it now because she has high blood pressure and wants to lose weight. This scale makes it more convenient for her.
