The Peanut Butter and Strawberry Jam Lower Carb Wrap-Dirty Keto

My first recipe is not Keto friendly, it's healthier, but not Keto. This recipe was though up by my twelve year old daughter. My daughter does not like any jams or jellies you can buy in the store. My sister and I made strawberry jam.

The pic is not our wrap it is a picture of my sister Ellen's keto friendly bagels. I have not made these yet. The recipe is the recipe to make the delicious strawberry jam.

My daughter loves this strawberry jam and she came up with this healthier peanut butter and jelly wrap. The wrap is La Banderita carb counter whole wheat wraps. 16 grams of carbs, but 11 grams of fiber which equals to 5 g net carbs. They taste delicious and you can buy them for $2.82 at Walmart. Leave it to my twelve year old to come up with a healthier snack that I never would have thought of myself.

Keto Friendly, Healthier Eating Habits For Me

I am fifty-four years old and decided I needed to change my diet. I talked to my sister and decided to go very very dirty Keto. What does this mean? I will be eating lower carb and adding some Keto friendly recipes to my diet. Dirty Keto means I do not stick to a strict Keto diet. My diet will be healthier, but I will still eat some foods that don't fit that diet.

Spirit of God Illustrated Bible Review and Giveaway 9/27/2018

My sister was asking me if I had a Bible that she could use to teach my great niece about God. I was lucky enough to get the chance to review the Spirit of God Illustrated Bible. Boom and then there was this Bible that was filled up with great stories and illustrations, perfect to teach a nine year old little girl about the Bible.

When I was nine years old, I found a copy of the Bible in my grandmother's house. I sat down and began to read this Bible. I thought this was a fantastic book filled up with great stories. I had no idea it was the Bible, until I was told by my brother. My favorite story was the story about Joseph. I looked into this illustrated Bible to that story about Joseph. I love the way the story is told. Perfect for any child and cute and colorful. My niece is going to love learning about the Bible from this Illustrated version. I don't think the story was completed, but this gives you the chance to finish it with your child. 

This Illustrated Bible has forty stories from the Bible that you can share with your children and the rest of your family.
