CHRISTMAS LOVE LETTERS from God:
Written for children ages four to eight, Christmas Love Letters from God cleverly combines both prose and poetry as the story of Jesus’ birth unfolds. The book includes seven stories, beginning with Isaiah’s prophecy and ending with the visit of the wise men. Following each story, the child will find his or her own letter from God, folded into a small envelope attached to the page. Each letter begins with a space in which to write the child’s name, so each one can be specially addressed to the child.
Written as if God is speaking, each personalized message gives the young reader a sense of wonder as they discover anew the Christmas holiday and the birth of Jesus. A very special Bible verse, entitled God’s Perfect Promise, also accompanies each story and letter as God’s personal words of love, promise, and hope.

Now this book is a very cute idea for children. You have an assortment of Bible stories and you bring the children into the story when they receive a love letter from God straight from the Bible. This book is very creative and I believe it will help children grow closer to God. This is the perfect book for my nine year old daughter. She loves to read and she loves God. My daughter also loves Bible stories. I could also see this book used in church for Children's church. Into today's world, children have so many things blasting them. My kids with their iPads which leads to Google and other things that take up their time. My kids had to be on a cruise for five nights without internet or telephones. We got back to board games and found other ways to have fun. I think books like this can do the same thing. Take children away from the internet and television for awhile and actually be touched by God with personal letters from his Word. Even though this book is geared to 4-8 years old, my daughter and I still love going through it together.
