NO BAKE PECAN CRUST GUEST POST DOUG LINGEFELT

My no bake pecan crust ready to go in the fridge... 8 servings About 1 net carb per serving
Ingredients
2 cup shelled pecan halves
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 cup swerve
4 TB melted butter
Microwave pecans for about 2 minutes ..stirring halfway through; allow to cool. Put nuts into food processor and run for 5-10 seconds until it into pieces. pour into a medium bowl. Add dry ingredients; stir until mixed. Add melted and mix until completely wet. Press into pie plate. refrigerate until filled.
