I received this product for free, in exchange for an honest review. I do have trouble sleeping. I believe most of it is from annoying pain I get in my body. I also have trouble sleeping whenever there is any light. I tried this eye mask. It was comfortable and I wasn't woken up by the sun shining through my blinds. My ear plugs keep me from hearing the kids too early in the morning. It is great to be able to sleep and not have flashes of light from cars, lightning and such wake me up in the middle of the night. This product is also pretty reasonable, considering how well it helps me rest through the night. It doesn't take the pain away, but it eases the other reasons I cannot sleep, light and noise.
