The scale actually comes with the two triple A batteries that makes it work. I like the tape measure because you can see how long and how much your fish weighs. It's water resistant and works great. This is a must tool to bring with you, especially if you are with a friend and your competing to see who actually catches the biggest and heaviest fish.
