I think the book is very interesting. I remember when I was a kid, I picked up the Bible and read it. I had no idea what it was, but was interested in the stories in the Old Testament. I think I really could have used a book like this. You can teach your kids parts of the Bible, without reading the entire Bible to them. I do think it helped me to read through the Old Testament as a kid. There were parts I did quit because I had no idea what it meant. You know all the numbers and all the relative stuff, who was related to whom. The illustrations in this book are very unique and colorful. This would be a good Christmas gift for your kid, relatives kid or friend of the family.
