The Monster on Top of The Bed Family of Books - Review

So everybody knows, this is how my reviews work. I will copy information about the product from Amazon, so you get the information from the companies own mouth about the product I will add a picture, then I will give you an opinion about the product in my own words. I think it is important to have the information from the company and an unbiased opinion, so you know the most about each particular product.

About the Author

Your child or grandchild is really the author of this companion book. They write their own story, based on the artwork and having read The Monster on Top of the Bed. Alan H. Jordan is the author of The Monster on Top of the Bed and a number of other children's books. He is also the author of a wide variety of business books. Mr. Jordan is working on other adventures of Suzy and Karrit as well as fiction books for adults.

I received this book in exchange for an honest review. My Monster On Top Of The Bed is a creativity stimulator book. Your kids look at the pictures and write their own stories. My daughter loves books like this because she is a very creative little girl. As an adult, I look at the book as a bunch of vegetables who are monsters. Maybe the little girl in this book did not like vegetables. My daughter has a different story. Each child has their own particular monster that makes it hard for them to sleep. Mine was my father who was an angry drunk. My daughter has her own version. She seems to think noises and stuff at night could be monsters trying to get out of her closet. She likes to sleep with mom or dad because she feels safe. In reality, she already knows it is time to face that monster, which is actually just the darkness that scares her when she is trying to sleep. It is always good to give a kid an opportunity to be creative.
