Prevagen Can Improve Memory, An Informational Review

Many of us seem to have trouble with our memory when we age. I am 49 and I already find myself forgetting stuff. Part of it could be busyness and part could be a real problem. I hear it gets worse when you continue to age.

Prevagen can improve memory*

Prevagen was tested in a large double-blind, placebo-controlled study using computers to assess brain performance. 218 adults over 40 years old participated in the three month study. Prevagen significantly improved learning and word recall.*
Around the age of 40, our brain begins to need more cognitive support.* Prevagen can improve memory within 90 days.*

Common examples where Prevagen may help

improves memory
  • Walk into a room and forget why.
  • Spend extra time looking for car keys or purse.
  • Trouble remembering names or faces.
These are everyday examples of normal memory challenges that can come with aging. Prevagen has been tested and shown to improve memory.*

Prevagen is a safe and effective supplement

Prevagen Supplement Facts
Only Prevagen contains the ingredient apoaequorin, a unique protein originally obtained from a specific species of jellyfish called Aequorea victoria found in the Puget Sound. Apoaequorin is a protein our brains need for healthy function but is diminished in the aging process.
Prevagen is very safe and extremely well-tolerated. There are no known contraindications with any supplements or medications.

How does Prevagen® work?

Laboratory research has demonstrated that Prevagen® has powerful cell supporting activity by providing a protein originally found in jellyfish.
In aging, these proteins are depleted leaving brain cells vulnerable to damage. Prevagen® was developed by scientists and University researchers in Madison, Wisconsin.
This all sounds like me, so I am happy to try Prevagen. I keep joking with my friends that I believe this stuff will help me, but I keep forgetting to take it. I forget my keys, my wallet, where I am going sometimes. What I have to do, etc. Here's to improving my brain function and my memory.
We are also happy to offer a complimentary copy of The Brain Health Guide.

Make sure you like Prevagen on Facebook

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

Oikos Greek Yogurt Dip-Cucumber Dill

I decided to try some Oikos Greek yogurt cucumber dill dip. I noticed the dip has 1/5 the fat of my traditional chip dip, less calories and is much better for you. I am not a fan of Greek Yogurt. I have tasted plenty of samples in the grocery store and I was not impressed. This was a huge step for me to try this dip. I bought my favorite chips, drove home and tried the dip. Was surprised how delicious Oilos Greek Yogurt tasted. It costs a bit more than my usual dip, but I believe it is worth the extra to eat healthier when I am in a snacking mood.

So far, Oikos has four flavors to choose from, French Onion, Cucumber Dill, Roasted Red Pepper, and Vegetable and Herb. I will try two of the other three if I can find them in my store. I am not a fan of french onion and our store only had one choice thus far, Cucumber Dill.

Try this yogurt dip out, your likely to love it and replace your usual dip that is not good for you anyway.....

Chelsea Wicked Hot Sauce Review

Calling all hot sauce lovers. I had two bottles of Chelsea Wicked Hot sauce sent to my house. The funny thing is they packed it too tight and one of the bottles smashed all over my driveway. I love hot things and tried this sauce on lots of food. Hamburgers, chicken, chili, etc. It has a great flavor and it is very hot. The perfect flavor to give you a little extra spice in your food.

CHELSEA FIRE Wicked Hot Sauce is a giving company. They donate a portion of gross sales proceeds on a quarterly basis to the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation. I really appreciate a company that gives back and this is a great cause.

Getting Investment advice Can Help You Succeed With Your Future

I am forty-nine years old and am just beginning to invest in retirement. I had some money troubles in the past and never had the ability to invest. When I look at all the options, I get confused. I am not an expert. That is why it is important to connect with an expert like Scott Gelbard when you could use some investment advice. In the long run you make more money when you hook up with the right expert. My brother has done this and his retirement is flourishing. I was surprised when he told me how much money he had in his retirement account.

My goal is to make sure my wife and I have enough funds to live on when we retire. We know we cannot depend on Social Security and we do not want to work for the rest of our lives. We want to make the right decisions now, so we can live comfortable lives when we are older. If you are like me, you have worked hard your entire life. Your believe you deserve to relax and enjoy your retirement. If you also need retirement advice, make sure you hook up with an expert like Scott Gelbard and get the advice you need. Good luck with your future retirement. I hope we all prepare and get the right advice. Enjoy your life, each and every moment of it.

Five Tips for Building a Website for a Small Business

Some businesses are small and don’t need an extensive website. Most of the time, they are used to communicate and relay information. For example, a music instructor might want a website that gives basic information about the services offered, communicates with the students, and offers access to a calendar for lesson times. For small businesses such as these, you can find a web hosting provider that can help you design a website and will host it for you. Following are five tips for building a website for a small business:
·         Use a website builder to create your website.
·         Use the options that include email and other communication devices.
·         Build in contact, FAQ, and customer help pages.
·         Utilize websites statistics to make changes as necessary.
·         Consider managed support.

Website Builder

You do not need to hire a professional to build a website for you, nor do you need to know HTML coding language. Many hosting companies have excellent website building tools. They have templates you can use as well as tools that can help you modify and customize your website to meet your needs.

Email and Communication

It is nice to have email addresses that are associated with your domain name. Moreover, look for options that all you to use communication devices such as POP3, email forwarding, automatic responses, etc.

Useful Pages

As much as you want your website to convey information, people will still have questions and comments. Build useful pages into your website such as a FAQ page that answers questions they might have and a contact page that lets them know how they can contact you.

Website Statistics

It is important to track how often your website is accessed and who accesses it. In addition to the number of hits you receive, good statistics can tell you how long people stay on a page, what geographic region they come from, what source they use to access your page, etc. Utilize this information to make any changes that are necessary to make your website more accessible to the user.

Consider Managed Support

A basic website might not need managed support. However, if you find that the tasks of maintaining, updating, troubleshooting, and fixing your website become too cumbersome, you should consider managed support. Your web hosting provider might have an economical management option available so that you don’t have to hire an IT person to do it for you.

The Essentials for Getting a Classic Shave

There have been a large number of different advancements that have been made with technology, which often impacts the ways that we do a variety of different things. Technology tends to make life easier and more comfortable, but this is not always true. In today’s world, most people will use a disposable razor and cheap shaving gel to shave. These tools are meant to make shaving quick and easy, but they can also cause a variety of different problems. Modern shaving methods will often result in a poor quality shave and razor burn, which is why many people are reverting back to the classical shave. Here is a quick look at the two essentials that you will need in order to get the best possible shave.

Shaving Brush

In order to get the best possible shave, you are going to need a shaving brush. These brushes can be made from synthetic materials, but they are usually made from animal hair. Boar and badger hair is extremely soft and they are both able to absorb an enormous amount of water. Because of both of these attributes, shaving brushes are able to easily open up your pores, while filling them with warm water and shaving cream. With your pores open, you will be able to more easily shave and cut away the hair, which will give you a better and less painful shave.

Safety Razor

In order to get the best classic shave, you will need to use a straight razor, which is an unprotected blade that can easily remove the hair from your face. The problem with using this type of razor is that it takes skill and experience to use properly, which is why you might want to consider using a safety razor. Safety razors are much easier to use and they also can offer a great shave. They also have a protected blade, so you do not have to worry about seriously injuring yourself if you make a slip or other mistake. Safety razors are also extremely cheap, often being cheaper than disposable razors, especially when you factor in the cost of additional replacement blades.

The Benefits of a Server for Small Business Owners

If you run a small business, you know just how crazy and hectic life can become. There are many things to worry about when it comes to running a small business, and if you are not on top of things, you will ultimately fail. There are customers, employees, and problems that you will need to worry about, all at the same time. One of the things that is most difficult for small business owners to handle, though, is their IT systems. Technology is becoming more prevalent in the business world, and if you don't have a server for small business owners and your business, you will suffer a lot. This article will explain everything you need to know about these kinds of servers.

What Is a Server?

To understand the benefits a server can have for you and your small business, you will first need to understand what that server is and does. Many people are under the misconception that a server is the same as their desktop PC. This isn't the case. Simply put, a server is the hardware that receives, sends, processes, and stores data at every moment during the day. If you and your business rely on technology to run, you will definitely need a server to help you out with the whole process.

Finding the Right Server

One of the most important parts of getting a server for your small business is finding the right one for your business. If you don't get the right server, you can run into a lot of problems. For example, if you get a server that isn't as powerful as you need, you will experience a lot of delays and problems with the things that you are trying to do. Of course, unless you are an IT expert, you won't really know which server is the best for you, which is why you will want to find a good IT company to help you out.

IT Companies

When it comes to picking the best server for small business owners, you will want to find a good IT company to make recommendations for you. Get recommendations to different IT companies from fellow business owners and close friends. You will also want to use the Internet to find good IT companies in your local area with good ratings and reviews from clients.

Depressing End To Dexter

Our favorite serial killer Dexter is finished. No, he is not dead, but the show is over. I was depressed how the show ends. His son moves to Argentina with his killer hot girlfriend. His sister dies because he fails to kill the bad guy on his table. Dexter drives his boat into a huge storm, the boat is destroyed and Dexter starts a new life as a logger. None of this is any fun to me. Yes, Dexter finally kills the bad guy, but too late for Deb to survive.

I was a fan of the Dexter series until the last episode. This episode makes fans of Dexter want a few episodes that go in a different direction. Dexter actually going with his girlfriend and son into a new life would have been a better idea. He could set up shop in Argentina and kill some foreign bad guys. Dexter a logger, are you kidding me? Bad last episode, sloppy and worse ending.....
